WHO WE ARE
The Mount Rainier Recreation Committee is a committee of your neighbors who have volunteered and/or have been appointed by the mayor and council to oversee community programs and events that are designed to enhance the experience of living here in Mount Rainier.

The mayor and council gives the committee a budget each year in order to hold events, design programs, and accept grant requests for events/programming in and for the city. If you are interested in applying for a grant, please send us an email with your request and plan to come to one of our meetings. We would love to meet and hear from you!
